Judo: "The way of gentleness"

No one will believe I actually attended Judo class, not even myself.Surprisingly,I did enjoyed the first judo class in my life.It was fun and our training teacher,Raymond is a friendly guy, whom prefer to call me ching ching than wan ching.Mr Ray introduced some history of judo to us before we start our training.Ming Yu,thanks for recommended.Last but not least, nice throw everyone:)

p/s:I had muscle pains on my abdomen, neck and legs for at least 3 days after the training, but it's normal for every beginners:)Pain but worth, every effort must be paid~

The early history of judo is inseparable from its founder, Japanese polymath and educator Jigoro Kano (嘉納 治五郎 Kanō Jigorō, 1860–1938).
